Till the time the company issues your residence and national identification card, you will need to carry the following documents at all times for identification purposes:
- A copy of your Passport
- A copy of your Visa
- A copy of your Medical Report

- Go to police station to obtain accident report
- Without accident report, employee will be responsible for all car repair

Workplace Guidelines
- Comply with dress and appearance code.
- Work hours are 9 hours/day – 5 days/week.
- Working hours during the Holy month of Ramadan are 6 Hours Daily.
- Probation period is 100 working days.
- Notice Period is 90 Calendar Days upon exiting from the company.
- Sick leave requires a signed medical report sealed by the concerned medical institution. Paid Sick leaves are as per the Kuwait Labor Law.
- Salary + Commission are paid between 27th and 29th of each month.
- PT commissions will be paid for rendered PT sessions between the period 19 – 18 the closing date of each month.
- Regular employees are entitled for 30 calendar days Annual Leave and cannot be accumulated for more than 2 years.
- Disciplinary procedures and table of penalties are as per Kuwait labour law (Inc. termination and resignation).
- Absence for 7 consecutive days or 20 separate days/year with no valid excuse is considered as a resignation.
- Yearly performance appraisal against job responsibilities and KPIs.
Benefits
- Education Allowance: All coaching staff are entitled to an Annual Education Subsidy as a learning assistance invested in personal professional development. All trainings, seminars, or workshops must be pre-approved by the operations manager, please refer to our internal Education Subsidy Policy for further details.
- Health insurance: Upon completing all work permit procedures, employee will receive their medical insurance card along with all coverage and medical network details.
- Annual Airfare Assistance: Employees will get paid the amount of his/her annual return home ticket after at least 9 months from joining date.
- Other benefits (Based on grade): Mobile phone: All company phones are to be used within the parameters of company policy.
- Housing Accommodation: Shared housing or a housing allowance will be provided as per the signed offer letters in Compliance to Company policy.
Housing Guidelines
- General Rules: Security is very important. Tenants should ensure that all windows and doors are locked upon leaving the house/apartment. Tenants should maintain their rooms in a way that does not interfere with the reasonable comfort of other tenants, and in a way that does not create a fire or health hazard. Tenants must not intentionally or recklessly damage or destroy any part of their rooms or of the apartment.
- Cleanliness and common space: Tenants should always clean up after themselves in communal areas. Tenants should always leave the bathroom clean after each use, including bathtub, mirrors, and counters. Tenants should clean and tidy the kitchen after each use.
- House chores: Tenants should agree on common household chores management (cleaning, dusting, laundry, etc.) and related products or fees cost and purchase.
Apartment Rules
- Noise: Tenants should maintain noise level at lowest especially at night.
- Pets: Tenants are NOT allowed to bring pets/animals to the apartment.
- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
- Guests: Tenants and their guests must not interfere with the reasonable peace, comfort and privacy of other tenants.Tenants are encouraged to advise and agree on guests visiting hours, parties, etc.
- Moving out: Tenants are expected to leave everything clean and tidy and report any damage to Head Office. Tenants must return the apartment keys and report any lost key. Tenants should not forget any personal belongings.
